Since our beginnings, we have focused our efforts to contribute to the improvement of housing conditions of low income families in Honduras, through reachable financing solutions and technical support. Currently, FUNDEVI´s social housing financing market share in the country amounts to 65%.

Despite economic limitations, our customers undertake their credit responsibilities with sacrifice and effort, with the purpose of improving their life conditions and the ones of their community. 

According to our research, the financial services offered by FUNDEVI contribute to the reduction of poverty levels in our customers. Through the opportunity provided to purchase and legalize their lands, our borrowers also achieve legal certainty of ownership making their investments safer.

Finally, the basic infrastructure projects financed by FUNDEVI, improve our clients’ health and living conditions, as well as the reduction of overcrowding.  All together, these improvements favor education and increase child schooling.
